Topic for comments on John Watson's appearance on this YV programme.

She complained about media sticking their noses in to her affairs, whilst appearing on a TV programme that no doubt she got aid for! Unbelievable!

John Watson? Sherlock's mate?

I know some of the kids and they are lovely, can only imagine they squirm when shows like this are on.

I'm watching a recorded version... Jo wants a 15th child, looking for a man...

Those kids no matter how clean they are are being exploited. And as for leaving the older ones to bring up the younger ones what about their own childhood? It's different if mum isn't there or is ill but this is because she is either having more kids or pursuing her social life. All this focus on appearance isn't healthy either. I have nothing against big families- as I said I'm one of 6 but we were properly brought up by parents who worked hard and paid their way and instilled good values in us. Sorry rant over.

So this is where benefits are being spent and HSSD want an increase of £20 million and they want the likes of me to pay for this, I see?? <_<

I'm so looking forward to this election where I get an opportunity once every four years to grill some politicians.

I agree with Queenie . I had to look after a family as my mum had died .it took away my child hood .
Such a shame to see the young girls looking after the other
I can see why they went and had their own. they needed someone to love THEM. as the mum would not have shown love for the children . even if she did love them all
she was too busy going out to find another man to father a child
when you get to a certain age in life ..give up. you have plenty enough children to look after . so does your children
She was only interested in going out to have a fun.. time the youngsters had this .
but please make sure they are on the pill first .
As for the other families that were shown .I admire them a lot .all wanted each child .and looked after them and also provided for them all .. the one where they got married really touched me it was just so beautiful .. the children were all lovely in all these families .
The Watson lady also said she did not want the press to print stories of her .so why go on tv?

I felt for the daughter they interviewed, lovely young lady who has no doubt lost a lot of her childhood as she has to "Mummy" her siblings so their Mummy could be famous.

great reading that website ..their feeling are like it has been said the same as ours
have more kids but look after them yourself . and the chances of having a child with disabilities gets far far too high .. think before you go and have more .. children are a gift .not just something you want to have cos you like it .you have many children now spend quality time with them now .. they grow up too fast .

First of all, nice clean house!! how on earth does she do that, the kids were clean too. Good. Older kids looking after younger kids? Nice, it'll bring them closer, but bad as that poor kid looked so sad when she said she brings her little sister up like its her own child.

Then the father. Saying he is a great dad is such a lie. The guy lives in the same area as me and I have heard him talking to the younger children when he has them at weekends, its disgusting. I wouldnt use that language to an adult, let alone a young child. Im surprised he is still allowed to look after them!

If you are going to have kids, make sure you can afford it and dont go scrounging off the states for the money. The two other families on there seem to manage ok. . . . . .

Economy of truth in places, I thought the other families shown in this episode were hard working and caring
